After this period, unfortunately, we can no longer accept your request.
Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Carefully package the item you are returning, including the invoice or a note with your order number.
Send the item to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect its condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
